Orders placed before the cut-off time for the selected warehouse will typically ship the same business day.

  • Toronto Warehouse (EST): 4:45 PM

  • Calgary Warehouse (MST): 3:45 PM

  • Vancouver Warehouse (PST): 4:45 PM

Important:

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will ship on the next business day

  • Warehouses operate Monday to Friday only

  • Closed on weekends and statutory holidays

We ship all orders using trusted national carriers:

  • UPS (Ground)

To maintain the lowest possible shipping costs, we use standard ground shipping services only.

  • Orders shipping from multiple warehouses will have multiple tracking numbers

  • AB, BC: 1–2 business days

  • ON, QC, NB, MB, SK: 2–5 business days

  • NS, NL, PE: 4–6 business days

  • BC, AB: 1–2 business days
