Before you start — please read this first

We use third-party fulfillment warehouses across Canada to store and ship every order. That's how we keep our wholesale prices as low as they are. It also means the warehouses set the return rules, and we have to follow them exactly.

Returning an order costs you money. Before you request a return, understand what you'll get back:

  • You pay the return shipping.

  • A 25% restocking fee is deducted from your refund by the warehouse.

Example: you return $200 worth of shirts. The 25% restocking fee is $50, so your refund is $150. On top of that you paid roughly $20–$40 to ship the box back. Your actual return cost is around $70–$90.

If the amount is small, returning it may not be worth it. Please do the math before you start.

Step 1 — Check that your return qualifies

Deadline: you must request your return within 28 days of your purchase date (the date you placed the order, not the date it arrived). Requests after day 28 cannot be accepted.

Condition: every item must be in 100% new, resalable condition:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Not wrinkled or creased

  • Undamaged

  • In its original packaging where applicable

Items that don't meet these conditions will be rejected at inspection.

Step 2 — Email us to request an RMA

Send to: info@CheapestTshirts.ca Subject: Return Request – Order #_____

Copy the template below and fill in every line.

Full name:
Order number:
Purchase date:
Reason for return:

ITEM 1 Brand:
Model number:
Colour name (exactly as shown on your order):
Size: Quantity returning:

ITEM 2 Brand:
Model number:
Colour name (exactly as shown on your order):
Size: Quantity returning:

Add more item blocks if needed.

Where to find the model number and colour name: they're in your original order confirmation email. Copy and paste them exactly — "blue" instead of "Royal Blue" won't match the warehouse records and will hold up your request.

Once approved, we'll email you:

  • Your RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)

  • Your PO number

  • The exact warehouse address to ship to

Do not ship anything before you receive these. A box that arrives without an RMA number cannot be matched to your order, and it will not be refunded.

Step 3 — Pack the box

  1. Use a clean, sturdy box.

  2. Put a sheet of paper inside the box with your RMA # and PO # written on it.

  3. Write your RMA # and PO # on the outside of the box in thick black marker, large and legible.

Both numbers, inside and outside. This is how the warehouse identifies your box among hundreds of others.

Step 4 — Ship it and send us the tracking number

  • Ship to the warehouse address we gave you with your RMA approval — this is usually not the address your order shipped from originally.

  • Use UPS, FedEx or Purolator only.

  • Email us the tracking number once you've shipped.

  • In-person drop-offs are not accepted. The warehouses are not open to the public and have no customer counter.

We recommend insuring the shipment. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Step 5 — Inspection and refund

Stage

Time

Transit to the warehouse

Depends on the carrier

Inspection after the box is delivered

5–7 business days

Refund issued after inspection and restocking

3–4 business days

Expect roughly two to three weeks from the day you ship to the day the refund appears, depending on transit time and your bank.

If your return is denied

Returns that don't meet the warehouse's condition standards are denied. Denied items are not shipped back to you and are donated to charity. The warehouse return department is not accessible to customers, so denied items cannot be retrieved.

This is why Step 1 matters. If you're not certain an item is in 100% new condition, don't include it in the return.

Abuse and misuse

Any return or exchange found to be abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith will result in immediate account restriction and a permanent ban from future purchases.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these return policies and procedures.
