• If you are missing items from your order, it may be because they are being shipped from another warehouse with a different tracking number.

  • Please check your account for any additional tracking numbers.

  • If your order is coming from more than one warehouse, you should have more than one tracking number. If you do not see multiple tracking numbers, the website may not have updated them yet. In that case, please email us with your order number so we can promptly provide you with the other tracking numbers.

  • Claims for missing items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. The fulfillment warehouse cannot consider claims for missing or damaged items submitted later than 3 days after delivery, so please check your orders immediately upon receipt.
