Required Information

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Your Order Number

  • A short description of the issue


(example: wrong item received, wrong size, wrong color, etc.)

  • Clear photos of the incorrect item(s)


Photos must clearly show:

  • The clothing tag

  • The size label

  • The entire garment

  • A complete list of all incorrect items received

For each item, please include:

  • Quantity received

  • Brand name (example: Gildan, Bella+Canvas, etc.)

  • Type of item (t-shirt, hoodie, crewneck, tank top, etc.)

  • Model / style number (if known)

  • Color

  • Size

Example format

  • 2 pcs — Gildan — Hoodie — Model 18500 — Black — Large

  • 1 pc — Bella+Canvas — T-Shirt — Model 3001 — White — Medium

Providing this information clearly and in an organized format allows our team to investigate your claim much faster.

If the information provided is incomplete, unclear, or difficult to review, the claim may be delayed or may not be approved until the necessary details are provided.


Investigation Process

Once we receive your email:

  • Our warehouse team will conduct an inventory verification to confirm stock levels.

  • The order picking process will be reviewed, including warehouse records and security camera footage if necessary.

  • This investigation normally takes 1–2 business days.


Option 1 — Standard Resolution (Return & Replacement)

If a picking mistake is confirmed, the standard procedure is:

  • We will email you a prepaid return shipping label

  • Please print the label and return the incorrect item(s) at no cost to you

  • Once the returned item(s) arrive back at our warehouse, we will promptly ship the correct item(s)

Please note that although return shipping is free, this process may take several days due to shipping transit times and warehouse processing.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Option 2 — Faster Solution (No Return Required)

If you need the correct items as quickly as possible, we offer a faster and easier option.

Instead of returning the incorrect items, you may choose to keep them.

If you select this option:

  • You simply agree to keep and pay for the incorrect items received

  • Once payment is received, we will ship the correct items immediately

  • No additional shipping charges will apply

This option is often the fastest and simplest way to resolve the issue, because:

  • No return shipment is required

  • No warehouse processing delay

  • The correct items can be shipped right away

Many customers prefer this option because it allows the issue to be resolved several days faster.


Payment Method for This Option

If you choose to keep and pay for the incorrect items, please note:

  • All payments related to picking errors that are not processed through the website checkout must be completed via Interac e-Transfer

  • Once you confirm that you prefer this option, we will send you our e-transfer email and password instructions

  • After the payment is received, we will immediately process and ship the correct items

After we complete our investigation, please let us know which option you prefer:

  • Option 1 — Return the incorrect items and receive the correct items after they are returned

or

  • Option 2 — Keep and pay for the incorrect items so the correct items can be shipped immediately


Fraud Prevention & Verification

To maintain the extremely low pricing we offer, all picking mistake claims must be verified.

Please note:

  • All claims are verified using warehouse inventory records

  • Order picking activity and security footage may be reviewed

  • In some cases, we may request additional photos or information to complete the investigation.

For quality control purposes, all orders are weighed and recorded during the packing process, which helps us verify order accuracy when investigating claims.

Submitting false or misleading claims may result in:

  • Claim denial

  • Account suspension

  • Refusal of future service
