Delivery Attempt Failed
Purolator and UPS don’t attempt to deliver your package more than once.
However, the courier decides whether a second delivery attempt will be made based on several operational factors. A second attempt is not guaranteed.
If the courier does not attempt a second delivery, your package will be held for 5 days at the nearest pickup location.
Please follow these important guidelines:
-
Always track your package regularly using your tracking number.
-
If delivery fails, check the courier tracking page to see where your package is being held for pickup.
-
The pickup location address can be found on the Purolator or UPS website using your tracking number.
-
If you have questions about the delivery status, you must contact Purolator or UPS directly.
Important
-
If the package is not picked up within 5 days, the courier will return it to the warehouse.
-
When the package is returned, the warehouse will restock the items and apply a 25% restocking fee.
-
Purolator or UPS will also charge us shipping fees for returning the package back to the warehouse.
Because of this, it is the customer's responsibility to:
-
monitor their tracking numbers
-
stay informed about delivery attempts
-
resolve delivery issues directly with Purolator or UPS
Failing to monitor your shipment may result in additional fees and delays.
