  • Repeatedly engaging in unreasonable, disruptive, hostile, or excessive conduct that interferes with our ability to serve other customers.

  • Publishing knowingly false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious reviews, social media posts, videos, comments, or other content intended to harm our business.

  • Any conduct that creates a hostile, unsafe, or unproductive environment for our employees, partners, or customers.

If a customer violates this policy, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions without notice:

  • Cancel pending orders.

  • Refuse future orders.

  • Permanently close customer accounts.

  • Restrict or block access to websites, customer portals, and online services.

  • Restrict or block communications through email, telephone, chat, or other channels.

  • Refuse service across any current or future businesses, brands, websites, affiliates, or related companies.

  • Take any additional action permitted by law to protect our business, employees, customers, and reputation.
