Cancelling an Order

Cancellation Policy:

  • We utilize independent fulfillment warehouses for all order processing and shipping.

  • Once an order is placed on our website, it is IMMEDIATELY forwarded to the fulfillment warehouses for processing.

  • The fulfillment warehouses IMMEDIATELY charge us for the order fulfillment upon receipt and do NOT accept any refunds or changes thereafter.

  • They do not allow us to make any changes under any circumstances.

Please note: Once an order is submitted, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel or make ANY changes.

Advantages and Disadvantages:

  • Working with these fulfillment warehouses allows us to significantly reduce operational costs, enabling us to pass savings on to you.

  • However, a downside is that we have no control over orders once they are placed, including modifications or cancellations.
