Wrong Shipping Address
Once your order is successfully paid on our website, it is immediately forwarded to an independent third-party fulfillment center for processing.
For this reason, no changes or modifications can be made to the order or shipping address once the order has been placed.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, you must take the following steps immediately:

Contact Purolator or UPS on the same day you receive your tracking number(s).
Requests made the following day will be too late and cannot be accommodated. -
Call Purolator or UPS between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the day the tracking number is issued.
Address changes requested outside of this time window will not be processed. -
Have all tracking numbers ready when contacting the carrier.
Address changes cannot be made without providing the correct tracking number(s). -
If your order ships from multiple warehouses, each shipment will have its own tracking number and each one must be updated individually with the carrier.
Please note that once the carrier accepts the shipment, we are unable to intervene or make changes on your behalf.
