Refund policy

We want to inform you that Cheapest Tshirts employs Fulfilment Warehouses in Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver for storing and shipping products. Utilising these Fulfilment Warehouses significantly reduces our operational costs, enabling us to pass on immediate savings to you. However, it is essential to note that the return and exchange procedures, along with associated fees, are beyond our control due to the use of these Fulfilment Centres.

All relevant procedures, fees, policies, and other information are transparently outlined throughout our website to ensure that you are informed of our policies before making any purchases.

If you wish to initiate a return, please adhere to the following steps:

Shipping Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for both shipping and covering the shipping costs for returning items to the warehouse from which they were originally shipped.
  • Returns in person are not accepted, as the warehouse is not open to the public.

Restocking Fee:

  • The fulfilment centre will impose a 25% restocking fee on the returned items.

Time Limit:

  • Returns are only accepted within 28 days of the purchase date.

Return Process:

  • Email us at info@CheapestTshirts.ca with the following information:

      • Your name, order number, and purchase date.

      • Specify the reason(s) for the return

      • List each item you want to return, including model number, colour, size, and quantity.
  • Print out the Cheapest Tshirts invoice showing the date of purchase, your information, and the items.
  • Ensure you have the original packing slip from the box you received with your items. If not, we will request it from the fulfilment warehouse (additional processing time may be required).

Condition of Returned Items:

  • All returned items must be in 100% undamaged, unworn, unwrinkled, and perfect condition.

Packaging and RMA:

  • Place the items in a clean box along with the packing slip and Cheapest Tshirts invoice.
  • Wait for the fulfilment warehouse to provide an RMA # (Return of Merchandise #).
  • Once you receive the RMA #, clearly write it on the box using a thick black marker.

Shipping and Tracking:

  • Ship the items back at your expense using Purolator, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Provide us with the Purolator, FedEx, or UPS tracking number.

Important Notes:

  • Loss or damage to the package during transit will result in no refund.
  • The Return Department will inspect the box within 3 days of receipt.
  • Refunds typically take 3-4 weeks after inspection.

Consequences of Misconduct:

  • Any return or exchange deemed to be in bad faith will result in an automatic block from all future purchases without exception. Subsequent business transactions with Cheapest TShirts or its subsidiaries will no longer be possible.
