Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • We use Independent 3rd Party Fulfillment Warehouses to process and ship all of our orders.

  • Depending on your preferences, your order might be fulfilled and shipped from more than one warehouse.

  • This could mean your items arrive in multiple packages or from different warehouses.

Check for Multiple Packages

  • If you chose more than one warehouse for fulfillment, your order might be arriving separately.

  • Next step: Double-check if all your packages have been delivered or if some are still in transit.

Before Filing a Missing Item(s) Claim

  • Before we can file a missing item(s) claim with our Independent 3rd Party Fulfillment Warehouse, we ask that you first double-check your order to confirm if the item(s) are actually missing.

  • Please ensure that no one in your organization may have misplaced or removed items from the package without your knowledge.

  • Ask everyone in your organization who had access to the package if they might have misplaced or removed the items unintentionally.

  • Double-check your delivery: Make sure that all your packages have been delivered and that none are still in transit from another warehouse.

  • Keep in mind: Sometimes Purolator and UPS split deliveries for no apparent reason. We have zero control over how they operate, and unfortunately, we are all at their mercy when it comes to how they handle shipments.

Tracking Information

  • You can find your tracking numbers on:

    • Your order history page, or

    • The shipping confirmation email we sent you once your order(s) were shipped.

  • If you're unsure whether your order is coming in multiple packages, simply paste your tracking number into the tracking system for Purolator or UPS to get detailed updates on your shipment.

Next Steps to File a Missing Item(s) Claim

If, after double-checking, you still find that items are missing and all packages have been accounted for, please provide us with the following information so we can file a missing item(s) claim with our Independent 3rd Party Fulfillment Warehouse:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Purchase date

  • Missing item(s) model number(s)

  • Missing item(s) brand(s)

  • Missing item(s) official colour name(s)

  • Missing item(s) quantity

Once we have this information, please email it to us at info@CheapestTshirts.ca, and we can proceed with filing the claim on your behalf.

Important Note About the Claims Process

  • After we file your claim with the Independent 3rd Party Fulfillment Warehouse, their first step will be to determine whether this is your first missing item claim.

  • If this is not your first claim, the Independent 3rd Party Fulfillment Warehouse may automatically refuse your claim and could block any future orders from being shipped to your name and address.

  • Please note that we have zero control over how these independent fulfillment warehouses operate, and we are at their mercy when it comes to how they handle claims.

Claim Submission Deadline

  • Please note that your missing item(s) claim must be emailed to us no more than 3 business days after delivery.

  • If your claim is not received within 3 business days after delivery, the Independent 3rd Party Fulfillment Warehouse may deny your claim.

Purolator Tracking Details

  • On the Purolator website, you’ll be able to see how many boxes were shipped, as well as a unique tracking number for each box.

  • It will also show the estimated delivery date for each package, so you’ll know when to expect each one.

  • You can click on each tracking number to see the specific status and details for that particular package.

UPS Tracking Details

  • Important: The UPS website will only show one tracking number for the entire order, even if the order has multiple boxes.

  • To find out how many boxes are included in the UPS shipment, you’ll need to contact a UPS customer service live agent at their toll-free number:

  • You can also use the UPS Chat Assistant for quicker help, available on their website.
